The health biscuit
Ingredients:
- 500 g of rolled oats
- 40 g of linseeds
- 500 g whole meal flour
- 25 g of edible oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- Caraway
- Ginger
Preparation
Soak the rolled oats and the linseed about 6 to 7 hours in cold water. Process with the other ingredients to a dough.
Coast to a stop, cut, sting or form to bars to biscuits thinly. Bake on greased baking tray in moderate heat.
The health biscuit is very easily digestible and also good against constipation.
