The health biscuit

Ingredients:
  • 500 g of rolled oats
  • 40 g of linseeds
  • 500 g whole meal flour
  • 25 g of edible oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • Caraway
  • Ginger

Preparation

Soaking the rolled oats and the linseed about 6 to 7 hours in cold water. Processing with the other ingredients to a dough.

Coasting to a stop, cutting, stinging or forming to bars to biscuits thinly. Baking on greased baking tray in moderate heat.

The health biscuit is very easily digestible and also good against constipation.
