Onion cake / Onion tart

Ingredients:
  • 50 g of margarine
  • 250 g of flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 15 g of yeast
  • 50 g of sugar
  • less than 1/8 l of milk
  • ample onion
  • bitter almond rubbed as a spice

Preparation

Manufacturing a yeast dough from this or according to a house recipe of one's own. Then roll out on baking tray spread with linseed oil or margarine. Onions come much onto it after they were treated as follows:

  • Cube bits do not stew fry (into linseed oil.)
  • cools down let

then these mix with flour (on the set of the yeast dough about 25 teaspoons) and with or without cream and a pinch's salt in the stove bake min. (50 - 60 at 220° C) and serve it as longs it is warm.
