Onion cake / Onion tart
Ingredients:
- 50 grams of margarine
- 250 grams of flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 15 grams of yeast
- 50 grams of sugar
- Less than 1/8 l of milk
- Ample onion
- Bitter almond rubbed as a spice
Preparation
Make a yeast dough from this or accord to a house recipe of your own. Then roll out on baking tray spread with linseed oil or margarine. Put many onions on it after they were treated like this:
Then mix these with flour (about 25 teaspoons) and with or without cream and a pinch salt. Put everything in the stove, bake min. 50 - 60 minutes at 220° Celcius and serve it as long as its warm.
Eat well.
- Fry cube bits a little bit into linseed oil (stew)
- Let it cool down
