Spreewald cucumber salad

salad cucumberIngredients:
  • 750 g of cucumbers
  • 1/2 cups of soured cream
  • fresh dill
  • fresh parsley
  • fresh chives
  • Linseed oil, salt, pepper

Preparation

The washed cucumbers peel and grate or cut cucumber bits, add salt and pepper (depending of preference), give time to soak.

The cucumber water pours off the minced herbs and this to give linseed oil up and stir in, soured cream.

Serving prepared freshly.
