Spreewald cucumber salad
Ingredients: - 750 grams of cucumbers
- 1/2 cups of soured cream
- Fresh dill
- Fresh parsley
- Fresh chives
- Linseed oil, salt, pepper
Preparation
Peel the washed cucumbers and grate or cut the cucumber in bits, add salt and pepper (depending of preference), give time to soak.
The cucumber water pours off, then add the minced herbs and linseed oil and stir in soured cream.
Serve prepared freshly.
