Spreewald fast cucumbers

Fast cucumberIngredients:
  • 1 kg of green cucumbers
  • 2 onions
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 soup spoons of sugar
  • 3 teaspoons of mustard seed
  • 6 soup spoons of vinegar (gas vinegar 10%)
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Peppercorns

Preparation

The cucumbers peel and cut up into slices. Salt, mustard seed, sugar and vinegar in a cup with each other mix. Cutting onion in ring.

Putting cucumbers in a bowl in layers and respectively with onion rings, filling peppercorns, 2 bay leaves and herb mixture up. Mixing thoroughly well and leaving a night every 5 hours.

After that the cucumbers are ready to serve.

Unbeatable fast.

I like the fast cucumbers better if me after peeling the cucumbers the core from cucmber is taken off.
