Fish recipes from the Spreewald

Fishing is not only a hobby in the Spreewald. Because the famous fish almost is in every restaurant in Spreewald sauce on the menu.

There is to serve many versions fish. We would like to introduce some of them to you here. Whether pike, pike-perch, carp, catfish or tench, always is the sauce the important one which gets its special taste with butter or beer.
