Rose-fish fillet in the stove baked

Ingredients:
  • 500 g of rose-fish fillet
  • Instant vegetable broth
  • White wine
  • Bay leaf
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes
  • Leek
  • 4 soup spoons of linseed oil
  • grated cheese

Preparation

Marinating the chopped vegetables and the spices into an ovenproof dish which is put cream with linseed oil.

These come onto it with vegetable broth fish fillet.

Pouring linseed oil and a touch of white wine about this.

baking grated cheese sprinkled on in the oven at 220°C an ample hour.

A light recipe, suitable particularly for cook beginners.
