Pellkartoffel mit QuarkIngredients:
→ Jacket potatoes
→ Quark
→ Salt
→ white pepper
→ Onions
→ fresh chives
→ fresh linseed oil
→ Milk, perhaps soured cream or sour cream

Preparation

  • Touching the quark with a little milk or depending on taste with soured cream or sour cream.

  • Seasoning with salt and pepper.

  • You serve fresh chives and onion cutted into little cubes.

  • A touch of linseed oil, quite fresh, that's neccesary.
