Roast duck with cucumber sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 duck
- 125 ml of soured cream
- 125 ml of apple juice
- 1 cucumber
- 2 onions
- Parsley
- 1 soup spoon of flour
- 2 soup spoons of oil
- Mustard
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
Salt and pepper the duck prepared and divided into pieces. Brown from all sides into oil. Add onion cubes, brown brightly and add some apple juice.
Peel the cucumber, cores remove, into cubes dice and add, if the duck is half-cooked. Have everything simmered.
Soured cream, mustard and flour stir, add and have come to the boil. Mix parsley minced as last step.
