Roast duck with cucumber sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 duck
- 125 ml of soured cream
- 125 ml of apple juice
- 1 cucumber
- 2 onions
- Parsley
- 1 soup spoon of flour
- 2 soup spoons of oil
- Mustard
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
Salting and peppering the duck prepared and divided into pieces. Browning from all sides into oil. Onion cubes add, brown brightly and add some apple juice.
Peel the cucumber, cores remove, into cubes dice and add, if the duck is half-cooked. Having everything simmered.
Soured cream, mustard and flour stir, add and have come to the boil. Parsley minced mixed as last step.
